Things I Learnt

Whilst cleaning my room, I stumbled upon some wisdom from the me of yesteryear.
Quite literally yesteryear: not even an entire year has passed.
But don't worry: even a small passing of time makes your past self seem naively wise.

So I begin!

1. Never lick dandelions. Especially not while three others are licking 'em at the same time
2. Laugh lots
3. People aren't so bad
4. 0/0 is answerable but the government keeps it a secret
5. It's never "that bad"
6. Sleep lots
7. Don't stress so much
8. People are too busy thinking about others judging them to actually judge you.
9. Try to love everyone.
10. Wait 'til later to figure everything out: no rush
11. Have tea parties whenever possible.
12. Your friends carry you and are willing to
13. Everything will be okay
14. Appreciate things for what they are when they happen and don't regret 'em
15. You are never too old for costume parties.

While this list was composed during the sissy times of high school graduation retreats, it mostly holds true. I had a lot of salt that day so I'll use that as an excuse for why some things are a little on the uber-feminine side.

See ya later, St FXers
